• Held 150 same-day career advising appointments per semester in order to provide tailored feedback and connect students with resources to aid in their career development
• Facilitate presentations and workshops on career management topics to FAU students, faculty, and staff
• Identify innovative ways to plan Career Fairs, enhance center-wide communication, and incorporate diversity and inclusion into the Career Center’s training
• Collaborate with 13 Career Consultants to enhance the Career Clothes Closet, grade students in the Center’s Internship course, and provide insights on data collected at events
• Communicate with prospective employers to build relationships between FAU and the South Florida community
• Plan a large-scale event in partnership with JC Penney that provides students with access to discounted clothes, career management resources, and recreational activities
• Utilize digital services such as InterviewStream, Canvas, and Handshake to provide students with remote feedback on their resumes, cover letters, and interview skills

• Served as a teaching assistant for a career management strategies course to encourage the academic and professional success of over 60 students each semester
• Crafted unique and timely feedback to over 100 College of Business students regarding their resumes, interviews, and internship applications each semester

Leadership and Professional Development Intern August 2019 – December 2019
Office of the Provost at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Boca Raton, FL
• Assisted in the revitalization and restructuring of the Leadership and Professional Development Initiative (LDPI) by designing marketing guidelines and transition documents for the organization
• Developed interactive graphics, content, and branding guidelines for the LDPI website
• Assessed professional development programs in order to provide resources and services to meet the needs of FAU’s staff, faculty, and graduate students
• Supported a cohort of 30 FAU faculty in the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) Effective Teaching Practices course to enhance educator strategies applied on campus
• Designed a year-long leadership academy for faculty at the University by collaborating with LDPI interns on the creation of data assessment tools, multimedia communications, and an event programming structure
• Facilitated an online Appreciative Advising course of 16 professionals working within Student Affairs by engaging them in discussions, increasing understanding of the framework, and providing feedback
